Went on a family holiday to Mallorca a couple of weeks ago - I can think of better places to go but it was free so I can hardly complain :p. I'd forgotten how much of a pain trying to take photographs with other people waiting for you is, so the camera staid in it's bag for most of the week. I did find one afternoon to stroll around on my own and get a few shots. They're nothing amazing but thought I'd share anyway.

Holiday apartments (not mine!)-

Second one doesn't look right - blue sea, grey sky? I like the others :)

Colours in the second largely as shot. Boosting the contrast brought out a smidge of purple in the clouds which I toned down, other than that, that's how it was.

I really like the last one. Being a total newbie could you please tell me how you acheived that shot.
I am going away next week near a lagoon and want some sunset shots and love how the water appears in that one :)

Used a 6 stop neutral density filter which meant I ended up with a shutter speed of about a minute and a half, which is what smoothed the water out.
