Had a great day in Tornado Alley with Explora, burnt to a crisp and dissapointed to see no brit frontliners but nevermind it was good exercise and plenty of passes - F-15 took us by surprise though !

Great shots. That F15 looks like it's shifting some. I rather like the tail view of it. Andy, I'm with you on that :thumbs:

Some nice shots.. I've been going to Tebay for nearly 12 months and never seen a F15 there yet.. Good catch even if high, which is the norm for the Americans I'm afraid

It was the fact he was coming the wrong way that surprised us Neil !

Well done Ian a great day my friend and a great spot with the F15 coming the wrong way I was amazed that you saw him coming heres what I got of him.

After the end of June I should be taking a few days off here and there so yes, we will strike again :)

Still giggle at you lurching into action with the 400 2.8 with me gurgling and pointing, I almost thought I was dreaming after having looked down the valley all day, lol !

Fair enough Matt, first shot was taken at 320mm to give you some idea of the height of the plane, as for the speed and the unexpected arrival from the wrong direction !

I do have some more, just kinda thought that one spelt out what the craic was !

You did well to catch the F-15 considering it was coming up the wrong way.
