Middle shot works best for me, but you need to clean up some of the sea around her hair on the left-hand side :)

1 or 2 for me... probably the mono on balance, the full colour background on 3 (especially the red boat) just draws attention away from the subject a little more. You've healed the skin blemishes on 2, might improve 1 if you healed that too?

Possibly #1, if you touched up the skin as in #2 and processed the background more like #2. ie losing some of the contrast on the mooring post so that it competes less with her face. Maybe try cropping in even tighter at the top to lose some more of the distractions.

personally i increasingly prefer B&W for subjects with people in them, therefore No.1 for me :thumbs:
