I don't want to be too hard since it's not it indepth crit, but it's flat looking and the focal point is too far forward, the left side of his face (his left) is oof and the squint doesn't make a good pose. You could perk it up a bit by adjusting levels and maybe desaturate it a wee bit to cut down the reddish skin?
