No where near the cheapest but technically very good - Nebula (http://www.nebula-electronics.com/)
You will need a good aerial with whichever one you use.
I recently acquired the Freecom DVB-T TV Freeview USB Stick which I tested on my laptop. I thought I could try it on a PC in my office :)
Anyhows - I set it up on my laptop and it works a treat. Except!!!!! It works fine if you give it a good signal. The mini aerial that comes with the kit doesn't supply didly-squat. I tested it on the feed from a roof aerial and it was very very good.
I suspect that the same will apply no matter which particular kit you acquire. I'll be selling mine shortly, along with lots of other kit, when I get myself organised.
