Snapped this in my back garden a couple of weeks ago.
I was fiddling around with settings on my D80 at the time and my youngest daughter decided walk over to me to take a look at what I was doing. Had to get the shot in very quickly as she never sits/stands still for more than 5 seconds!

Lovely. She looks like she's about to offer you some good advice on how to take a photo of her.
Great catch lights in the eyes.
Really like this one Craig, lovely capture
The quick shots can sometimes be the best ones.
Nice grab shot, and I think it would be worth having a go at Hackers "eyes pop" tutorial to bring a bit more out of the eyes.

Can't deny the eyes look a bit better. Thanks James.
I really try to avoid retouching/editing my pics, for one main reason... I've worked in the print trade for about 18 years (pre-press/reprographics) and have been using Photoshop all my working life, the last thing I want to do is use it when I'm at home in my spare time! :D
