first Damsils yippee

Hi,

been looking at the amazing damsil fly shots on here the last few days and have been wondering where they all are as ive not seen one around my way.

however finally today whilst out on a macro walk found 2. not great shots i know and i think a little over PP'd but any critique and tips is very welcome.

Couple of stunners there! Great colour and detail - pity about the movement in #3 but I can see what you're saying about the shadow!

Very good efforts if these are your first go at Damsels ... :thumbs: ... you seem to have grabbed the basics pretty well and captured them in line with the focal plane and the second image is really a very good shot ... ;)


Practice and playing with settings and different light will improve your shots no end ... :D ... but this is a really promising start ...
