Some Rowing Shots

Being a retired oarsman, I've been trying to capture something of the sport at some of the local events recently. My keepers so far:

I prefer #2. it makes you aware that not all rowing is the Olympics or Boat Race. The Crocs on #1 are great, even if someone is not showing team spirit.

Having spent the afternoon photographing immaculately kitted out crews with matching hats, shoes, tee shirts this one appealed because all they cared about was winning.
