Hi,
can someone point me in the direction of a good tutorial on sharpening (RAW and .jpeg) or offer some advice? How much to use, pixel radius etc.?
I'm pretty new to DSLRs.
Thanks
2 tutorials here for you,

we have another that was on the front of site, but since the rug got pulled we ditched that as no-one really looked at it, so those tutorials and reviews are currently sitting on my HDD waiting to be put in threads
You should read up on doing it selectively too. By which I mean doing the sharpening and then removing any 'jaggies' (diaganol lines that look jagged) by either using the history brush or doing it on a seperate layer and masking it.
Edit: also halos. You need to remove any. Lots of people don't notice and, to be fair, I never used to but once you get the eye for it, they'll annoy the **** out of you when not removed.
