Would like to see some in B&W with a bit of grain.
As it's the saloon and if I recall correctly it is actually a Sierra Sapphire Cosworth
Sierra Cosworth was always the 3 door.

Took one photo of it using my tripod with the bonnet open, then another with the bonnet closed. Then layered them in CS3 and made the bonnet see through.
Thanks for the comments everyone :)
Nice shots, I like the see through bonnet. Well done
Number 9 is a really nice put together shot, although you can see your ghosted image standing to the rear of the car lol.
Very nice location and nice processing of the images, HDR not taken too far.

Always been a RS man and still are so big  on that one, the location seems excellent for the subject, all I would say is that on some the car looks a little small and seems to be overpowered by the arches, not much you can do (unless you plant the cossie in a growbag!) about that though, clear bonnet works a treat, my favourite would have to be the 2nd one (would prefer the camera closer to the car but with a wider shot to try get the arch still in shot but more presence from the car). Out of interest where are these arches? seems strange for them to be lit up the way they are but nobody actually using them???

Castlefield - Manchester. It's a car park so can sometimes still have cars in, but if you go late enough it's usually empty and the lights are always on. Can alter them too ;) :D
Thanks for the comments, could do with a wide angle lens, this was all on the stock one.
Great shots, great location, superb car!
Do you work for Fast Ford lol!
You should do
Shame about the magic tree in the last one

Thanks for the comments, I'm not that good though. It's all about the location

Great Location, id be really pleased with these.
Great location yeah and some good shots there!
Only criticisms I have are the reflection in the windscreen in #5 is a little distracting, #7 I'm not keen on the processing its had a weird effect on the lights in the background. Looks HDRish? Apart from that, its all good stuff :)
very nice shots and nice subject :) Not too keen on the Headlight conversation but the rims and front lip look v nice. It is yours?
Now here's a blast from the past.
Excellent shots . Mind telling us of the location, as it sure helped with the drama to an excellent series of shots.

No I don't lol It's just a hobby.
And I know it's a Saph :gag: Still a Sierra Cossie though. It's 2wd too so it's awesome fun lol

I love the through bonnet shot, i'd have loved to have had a digital camera back in the day :)
You could have closed the o/s/r door though on the interior shot ;)
cool shots, when i was an engineer we made the line boring jigs for the cylinder heads for the original 3 door version, had the first cylinder heads in the workshop before anybody even knew the car was being launched :)
