My attempt to shoot one of the oldest buildings in Southampton last night.

Not too sure about the angle of No3 and the crop of the bottom of the window in No4 but otherwise very nice. What a great subject!

Thanks and yes, hard building to shoot as it isn't totally level and it has walls on either side of it which I didn't wish to include. I need to do it a different day as to be fair, I was not really 100% focussed on these. It was the last of the light for the day and I just wanted to shoot something.

Some great textures to be had there, by the looks of things. The first one is the best for me :thumbs:, because of the warm glow from the end-of-day light. The little flight of stairs might afford a good vantage point for some perspective shots close-up too.

Love #1 - lovely subtle colours. The b & w shots look flat in comparison IMO
