I was not too sure where to post this as its otter spraint in the landscape ( habitat shot). The spraint is the black stuff on the grass in the foreground.

With such great composition - position of horizon and coming together of the hills - I would not worry about that. I never knew what is was anyway. The stillness of the lake and the reflection excellent. I like the colours as well.

I learned a new word then. :D

Nice scene Charlie, but the greens are looking a bit too saturated and unreal.

And the grass really Charlie - it looks a bit tropical don't you think?

I think it looks OK?

Are you going to prove me wrong and say the sat was turned up?

You'll be midge fodder there in about 3-4 weeks time!

Ahh. That is typical of a spraint site. The grass is always much greener as it has had all that fertiliser. It is how we find new spraint sites by looking for much greener bits of grass.
My monitor may be needing a calibrate too as it has been telling me so for some time now!

Thanks for the comments. I have just had another look at my original in daylight & you know I think CT is right. I was blethering away to somebody & not really sure what I did to it if I am being honest!
For me though it was the spraint in the landscape I was trying to get not a straight landscape shot if you get me.
