It's a window reflection at the seaside.
I think it has a painterly feel to it.
but would appreciate any thoughts
thanks

It doesnt do a great deal for me and would have been even less if you hadnt explained it ... sorry.
Yet the more I look at the refractions, the more of interest I find.

It doesn't really do a great deal for me either I'm afraid....sorry! What was it that made it come out like this though? It's an interesting effect, have an experiment and doing whatever it was you did here and see if you can get better results!

I'm afraid I have to agree Mark - it's not for me.

Hi Marko
I think it would have worked had there only been 1 set of images instead of 2  and the triangle thing cropped out

hello dave,
thanks again, it was just one shot, it's not double exposure.... something weird about the glass i think...

I think you were thinking of David Hockney as the painterly feel, and in that, yes it does have similarities to his colouration and aspects of his style :)

Yet other than in that context, and as it stands, I don't think it really works, apart from being a novelty.

Mind it does open up a field for you if you like the idea of life been shown via reflections, an endless subject for photographing I would think :)

thanks toonamp. an endless subject no doubt but not a very engaging one it would seem!

not for me either I'm afraid, but well done for being brave enough for going against convention.
