I'm just having a look but my favourite image editor cost me just about $20 and is brilliant IMO! its called Photobrush and it can be found on http://www.mediachance.com/pbrush/index.html

I've got PhotoPlus 9.0 but never used it much as it doesn't have RAW support built in .
