Layers

Hi All

I want to understand and use layers when PP. Can anyone recommend any publications etc I can refer to please? I'm using PSE6.

I've got the PSE6 Dummies book but need something more.

Any advice etc would welcome

I really liked PSE6 - The Missing Manual.

I has some good sections on layers, gradients, raw processing and sharpening.
