Got to see my new great nephew today...

I think the B&W works better. He's looking a bit worldy wise in #2 for one so young.

He starting off right though does not moan and sleeps all the time... only awake for food..

these are good for on camera flash you have managed to hide most of the harsh shadows.

what camera do you shoot with? if its an dslr you can get some ok diffuser to sit in front of the pop up flash.

oh and of course congrats to your family for the new arrival

These were with a D200 with 18-200 vr... only just got it and it is my new friend... D80 is sulking....

Will be cutting up plastic milk carton to make a diffuser for the onboard flash later. Need to finish the milk first.

Calm down now Janice... just think of all the late nights sick and nappy's and if that does not do it then think of the clothing cost and the "I want .... Can I have... But I need It......"

Oh yes!! I forgot that!!!

But its infintely better than, "Can I borrow £50?.... Can I use the car?..... I cant pay you back till next month....... Don't know when I'll be back" etc etc!! :D

Nephew and his partner are really happy... me I am ecstatic as I get to hand them back when I have done my big uncle bit.... and kept them amused....

Lovely shots. I love Pheobe's eyes in the first one - she's really clocking what her great-uncle is up to, and any minute now, she's going to tell her little bro. :)

I like the mono treatment of #2, although I double he'll thanks you in years to come for showing all his chins. But then he might forgive you for catching his cool-dude hair.:lol: Lovely baby.
