Nice idea and I like the way they fade :thumbs: Not too sure about the crop though, may be better to crop under the third one? jmho :D

would it be the same image on separate layers lowering the opacity each time?

im still a photoshop NEWB but having a good guess i think hehe :lol:!

EDIT : and i love the orange gerbera on your flickr, awesome shot (my soon to be wedding flower )

Lovely idea, well-executed :thumbs:. The first one is a little too dark for me, though, and so the sequence fades too quickly - I find myself thinking - was it brightest at about 9 o'clock on the imaginary dial? :)

Mark the flower was from my ‘Dark & Moody’ range: http://www.talkphotography.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=71549

Doing this was an after thought so may not have been the most suitable subject, so 9 o'clock on the imaginary dial would be complete darkness :D

More an exercise to see if I could do it in PS to a reasonable standard or not. Have lots more ideas with this where the subject matter will be better suited :thinking:
