Portrait to cartoon - How?

Can anyone point me in the direction of a tutorial or explain how to turn a portrait of someone into a cartoon image.

I use PSE6 and I don't think there is anything in PSE6 to do this. You probably need some sort of morphing plugin or program

I don't have elements but there are actions around, best ones I have seen have been done with Illustrator though. Try looking for tutorials for pop art photos and use some parts of that, they work a similar way by filling in areas with colour. Wayne
