Your opinion

[Leviathan]

As I hold the good people of TP's opinion in the highest regard, I thought I'd ask what you thought about this photo :)

It was taken in Salou, Spain a couple of months ago.

I'm not sure about it myself as I feel there isn't really anything of interest for the eyes to settle on. I keep finding myself searching round the picture for something to hold my attention.

What do you think?

With hindsight I wish I'd waited for a boat to pass by or something :P

Like you said, there is not much going on in the image. Something on the sea which would make a good point of interest like a huge ship or a boat would be good, but, at the moment, doesn't do it for me.

The colours are brilliant by the way!

:agree: Its sharp and goods colours but lacks a focal point.

I like it personally, i agree with the above, but i still like the photo as a whole.

Sometimes simplicity is best...
It doesnt hold your interest for long.. but initially it's a pleasing pic.

I do find myself wandering around the pic and seem to end up looking at the tree

I agree, it was a great view and i'd scouted it out with the intention of taking it once there was a boat, but there was a lot of rain whenever there happened to be a boat and no boat when i had the weather on my side (typical) so it was a toss up between composition or weather :P
