A Big Hello from Plymouth

Hi to all you people on this great site, I've been a bit nervous coming on to say hello.

I've been out of the photography game for a while so need to catch up with all the new stuff that's around...

Got a nice new Canon 40D and need help to get the best from this great camera..so if i ask something stupid please just laugh and put it down to my age..
