Very good capture. A slight sharpen will allow it to 'pop' out a bit more for the bleary eyed.

It was taken with a Fuji FinePix S5000 and was rather flat. I have cropped and sharpened it. Also some saturation was required.
I've not loaded up photoshop for a while so decided to have a quick play with your image to keep my hand in as it were :) main goal was to lessen the impact of the flowers over the bugs

I created two hue/sat adjustment layers one to up the sat overall 10% then another to reduce it by 60%, painted through the 60% on the predator and its prey finally ran it though a couple of the TP actions to resize put a border on and "remove digital haze". I've overcooked the increase in sat I blame the rubbish colours on my lappy monitor :bang:
