4Hero - You're right, but unfortunately there were very few people about. Will be doing it again on a weekend (hopefully with good weather).

I think the B&W gives them a timeless quality. A great set that could have been the "Then" in a Now and Then set. #2 is my favourite with #1 close behind.

Thanks. Now funny you should mention that, #2 was done as an experiment on a 50mm f/1.4 lens at f/22 as referred to in THIS (http://www.talkphotography.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=72088) thread :)
