I've seen this before...I was expecting 3 or 4 gun crews...instead there was 1

As with all the other threads I have Sharpened!, Lowered the contrast, raised the levels, and added a little to the Saturation and Tone. Then Cropped.

#1

You have actually got me in that shot above. Good day out wasn't it.

I like #4, #5 and #6. I am not so sure about the close ups of the troopers, I find them to have less impact. #6 is my favourite with its combination of pose and action.

Which one? What was the light like over there?

Thanks, The arena didn't lend itself to shots of the whole crew as it was lost in the crowd. I've deleted all those shots. #6 was one of those shots I'd planned to take on the way there. Ideally I wanted the blast from the muzzle but luck wasn't on my side here.

The light was much better on the other side of the arena.
There is only two there with SLR's, And I don't wear a cap.
If you had taken a few more you would have seen the crowd moving away from me after that bang. I finished up with a shot of a clear blue sky.:D

I have just had a quick look, Can't see you though. When we arrived there was a chap with a 400d or 450d and a 100-400 lens, that I noticed. Was that you?

I have a 400D with 100-400 yes. I also had the family with me. I did see a bloke with a Beard using a 100-400 on a tripod. See My second thread on the wirral show.

That's my problem. I once had a six pack, now it's a bloody barrel.
