Hi all :wave:

I registered a new lens for £75 cash back online and got a reference number, which I printed out. I have posted off all the stuff to Ireland as requested and then I thought I'd check to see how things are going but the Canon promotions page asks for my 8 digit reference e.g. A1234567 but my reference is nothing like that its '1234567 - #123456 ??? :thinking:

Anyone else got a similar problem? or am I missing something?:shrug:

Mine took nearly two months mate, so leave it a while yet. If you get no joy then as long as you have your part of the postage then just contact Canon.

I got 110 from them in the last deal they did!! WELL chuffed! thankyou Canon! :lol:

Registered the 'cashback' about a month ago. Sent it 'recorded delivery' & got an email as confirmation of receipt. Am expecting to wait another month or so before I start panicking......;)

Hi,

If you go to www.submissionstatus.com and put letter "W" followed by the seven digits before the # symbol that might do it.

You should have had/soon be getting an email giving you the reference number but it does take time.

Mine started with 'R' and it took about 12 weeks altogether

TBH It's not the time it takes, it's what reference number are they asking for as mine is in a completely different format :| The last time I claimed cashback I could check online that it was going through etc which it did with no problems and took about 6 weeks :)

I thought it went on beyond 30 June? :shrug::thinking:
