I think it might have been better with the runner in focus and the banner OoF but the people from Bupa might not agree!

The shoulders are a bit better today, i thought id be a lot worse!! lol..

I took some frames though!! lol.. 1200 on the MkIII and around 3-400 (Guestimate) on the 5D.. That was a busy few hours!! lol...

Their good, It was a smart idea getting it from both angles the people at bupa will love the first shot! I might be being picky here but what is the slight lighter patch across the runner in the second shot?
