I agree - it's a lovely shot.

Looks like Elgol meets Mordor! Amazing shot, the little twinkle on the sun just adds the icing to the cake.
Thanks Folks,
Its the only half decent one I got in two days, only bit of sunshine we saw :(
Added location and darkened that light area at top left.

That's a fantastic shot. Ticks all the boxes for composition - sharpness and the rest. I'm not keen on the border though. I'd just print it and sell it. Lots of times.
Very nice shot - excellent tones.
Best thing to do with this is to hang it on your wall

Lovely image, border is too heavy for my taste, but the image itself is very good.
Love it! Though is the sea a bit squint? Or curvy? The horizon doesn't look quite right somehow. Though that is a minor point.
Thanks everyone for the kind comments.
I took about 50 shots that night and every one was ruined with spray from the sea on the lens. Thats the only one that I managed to salvage.
The others in question had lovely highlights from the sun on the rocks, thats why I'm a bit disappointed with this one.
Thanks for the vote of convidence from everyone though, much appreciated.
Oh Abarel !!! I used the base of the mountain in the background for leveling, but that may be a bit out as it was at an angle, will go see what I can do with it
Example of what to be aware off :(
but still cant decide what to do with it
Sit and gaze at it, for days at time.
Lovely stuff. This is what landscapes are all about. Even if you came away with only this shot , it was worth it.:)

wow!
lost for words.. just wow!
really nice photograph .. as suggested put it on the wall ..
Excellent location and lighting conditions but I feel that the processing has let the image down slightly, the FG rocks and the surf of the waves don't look right to me. Sorry for the negative feedback.

Hire a lorry to ship the awesomeness.
I'm confused by the fact that there are two suns though. Who does your lighting?
Thanks everyone :)
Ascott, probably caused by 1 1/3 sec @f32
Jamougha 2 suns  where cant see them ??? Sometimes with exposures the bright pinpoint of light can cause strange effects. I've done one of a sunset through trees and part up the image in the bright spot is upside down, must have been caused by an internal reflection I think
Lovely shot of one of my favourite places in the world!
That second one is easily saved though with 5 minutes of cloning........

Many Thanks for taking the time Gandhi, you've done a great job in 5 minutes
I guess I was so disappointed, that I kind of lost interest in them all.
I'll go back and have another look through them all and see what I can do.
Very nice work there Gandhi.
Maybe there should be a sticky thread with before and after photos with some details as to the PP work done.
