These are both taken at 250mm handheld with a big crop.
1) 1/320 f5.6 ISO400

2) The same image, but with some saturation boost to try and pull out surface colour. I may have slightly overdone it, but you can see in the first image, in the seas upper right a difference in the surface colouring.
