Lovely shots. I really like the second one, it looks like the bee is settling in for a good long drink.
They' re great. Have you trained these insects to sit there and pose for you? I do prefer #1 with its great composition, detail and DoF. I think the upright twig (?) in the DoF detracts from the shot in #2. It's very picky to winge about something in the DoF, I know.
More bees please. Do I need to encourage you?

Two lovely shots. Great dof, detail and colour particularly in no1. Having said that I prefer no2 :thumbs:
