lens was the sigma 105 and 36mm kenko tube, i fink:shrug: i was experimenting with different set ups but i think that was it

I can feel the urge to get some extension tubes after seeing these, but how close do you need to be to the critters, with tubes on, for shots like these?

i think the distance with the tubes is about 6 inches from the subject
