Round 4 of the Mid Lancs League at Preston Arena on Saturday. A lot of my shot are quite flat out of the camera due to the very bright mid-afternoon sun, but I think this came out OK.

i like it, would be nicer with a better back drop but again its a sport so you get this kind of stuff in the backgrounds, i like the action in the subject his face portrays well how heavy and hard to swing those hammers are
