I had an idea of setting up a light and getting the cat to sit between it and a screen but ran out of time and the cat was missing.

My wife came back from the garden center with some fuchias so I stole a flower and clipped it to an old tripod. Wrapped a halogen desk light in aluminium foil and made a small hole to get a point light source. Piece of A3 paper and the 50mm lens...job done with 1 hour to spare.

I can honestly say there was not a bad entry there this time. I narrowed it down to five and had a hard time picking from them.

Wow! Thank you, when I saw the other entries I didn't think I'd be in with a chance.

RobertP, yours got my vote, it's a cracking shot well thought out and executed beautifully, and having now read how you did it all I can say is :notworthy: to your creative thought processes. DJW, yours was my second choice, simple clean lines caught well and a picture I really enjoyed.
