Thanks, Ian. I was feeling rather despondant before I came across this field.
I left home at 2:45 this morning to deliver some stuff to Wales. But after the sun came up there was cloud all over. I delivered at 7am and had planned to spend time taking photos as the weather had been so nice.........still no sun, grey sky all over.
I had all but given up and started back .... then when I nearly reached Oxford.. the sun was out and I happened upon this field..........see.. someone up there DOES love me!! :thumbs:

Actually I am do computerised engraving of data labels etc.......... but my husband does the courier work for ourselves.
I did the Wales job then went straight back to my work at lunchtime on the way home!

Loving those two shots Janice.
I went out for a drive to Stratford yesterday & was hoping to come across Poppies. The only decent clumps I found were at the sides of very busy roads, so Im pretty envious of your find!
