Can anyone recommend me a flash for my Nikon d200.
Budget is around £100.

Second-hand SB-25?

(In no way am I qualified to advise, but the SB-25 is favoured even by non-Nikonians.)

You can pickup a new SB600 from a UK seller on ebay for around the £120.00 mark

The SB-600 is the best you're going to get for that price.
