The poppy in my garden I know.
But . . . .This I thought was a Dahlia bought at the Harrowgate Flower Show.

Has tuber and looked like one to plant but produced this. Who can beat Boon to the answer. What is it?

Fangman, you disappointed me.. I was expecting the last bit to rhyme too ;)
Like the poppy shot - very vibrant. Have no idea what the pink plant is called - maybe some type of mimulus? :shrug: but v pretty nonetheless.

You see garden plants generally fall into two categories. First, you have weeds. Then you have non-weeds.
I'm never quite sure which is which, so I pull up anything I don't like the look of.

like the poppy shot, unfortunately the blown highlights in the (insert techy italic sounding name here) ie the pink thing ! ;) spoil it for me !
