I have a 24-105 f4, and a 50 f1.4, but i want something wider
will be on a 5d body, but im not sure if its what i need
SELL it to me:D

ps I am going to a charity track day in october(bikes) and thought it might be handy for the party afterwards(low light):)
any images would be a bonus

It's my main landscape lens, I use it all the time on the 5D it's great, some people don't like the distortion at the wide end but it's easily correctable, good for indoor parties or weddings when you want to show the whole room, most of the landscape images on my blog are with one, and the first shot I ever took with it got published. Check out the reviews at fred miranda and give kerso a call, :)

It's a very good lens, if you're buying secondhand make sure it's the MKII version. It's not totally sharp at 2.8 so I prefer to use it at 3.2. If the light levels are lower than that I use a 24 1.4
