States for cost saving (with VAT?) or availability?

80-200 and 2.8 I understand... what does the rest mean ? :)

Cost saving and availability. This is the fast focussing zoom which is apparently ideal for sports and the optics are supposed to be top notch and has now been superceded by the Vibration Reduction version. I've been looking for a while and most of the good examples in this country are around the £800-900 mark, I got this for £530 which includes shipping.
