Too much red tape - a memorial..

Another one from my urban series this week. Did not know where to go with this name wise but thought 'too much red tape - a memorial' was fairly iconic in that the shape of the scaffold bars along with the colours of a once once proud st Georges flag caught my eye :thinking:
