Trying something slightly new (1)

Trying something a little new/different for me. This is a straight raw conversion taken earlier tonight, feel free to tear it to shreds as I'm not sure about it. Same style of framing just a different font and colour.

Canon 300D, Lens Sigma 10-20, ISO 100, F4.5, shutter speed 1\320, Focal length 11mm, Centre metering, mode full manual.

Well it was worth coming back for ... I like it a lot ... but

If you hadn't captured a great cloud formation and a few water birds (geese ?) then it might not have worked ... imo :p

It is crisp, well exposed with a good composition ... for trying something new it seems to come together ... :thumbs:

I like the general idea, although it's maybe just a little too dark for my liking as I didn't even see the birds until Ven mentioned them. Just a tad brighter and I think you'll have a good shot :)
