Having bought a Velbon UP-4000 monopod (which has a fixed head) before my recent 100-300mm Sigma f4 lens purchase (jeez it's a biggie :eek:) I now find that either the Velbon needs to go in preference of something with a bit more flexible a head or I was wondering if I could just add a head like the Manfrotto 234RC (or equivalent) to the Velbon ... answers on a £50 note to the usual address please :nuts:
