and not the funky faithless version. More the 'been to bed and just tossed and turned full of guilt fear and self loathing' type. If the car wasn't trolleyed I'd go out and do some night stuff. (don't trust Bath at 1:30am on my own....too many trampy types around at the mo)

I can't even make a milky drink as we've run out of milk. and beer. and whisky. and cheese.

bloody 'ell!

It was 3 before I finaly drifted off! Back up at 9 to go to work only to be told wasn't needed until 3pm grrr.

If the same happens tonight expect some night shots from around bath and bugger the trampy types. They'll be special brewed so I'll be able to run faster!

heh, been [am] with you sir!
I find valerian helps sometimes...

Gandhi

I used to take valerian when I was younger and was making the transition from working nights and days. Very good but doesn't always work. Had forgotten about that, might pop to H&B later if I have problems again tonight.

I'm taking prozac and sleeping pills on prescription just now. Having major problems with stress and not sleeping - have trouble "switching off".

I never ever feel tired, but now, as soon as I go to bed I'm out for the count.

Give them a try.

Either that or bonk a few times.

All was grand last night. Couple of glasses of wine and a herbal remedy saw me off nicely.

Thanks for the sympathy and suggestions though guys!

P.s. Am now cheesed up to the max and kell's hoping I don't get insomnia again ;)

i have suffered for a long time,
and then i found thos ' Kalms ' things,

and you know what,,,,,they work , for me at least,

cheap, totally herbal , and non adictive,

pop 3 half an hour b4 you want to sleep and they just make you feel everything is cool, and no worries,

once your back in a natural sleep routine , just lay off em untill needed again

go for it m8 , they are only £3 a bottle, you can even get em from the likes of tesco etc,

i had a m8 at work who was totally hyper all the time, never sat down,
took two of these Kalms and i was like working with a different bloke, so we hid the rest of em , and he went back to normal :suspect:

I find that owning Nikons causes me to sleep very well at nights - I would have said 'Sleep like a Baby,' but I don't wake up every two hours crying for a feed...
