I think its a typo as the date would indicate nov 2005

Looks to me like a comparison of a 1D MKii N to 1D MKii.

As for the whole camera thing, there is one thing that seems pretty certain - the new rebel will probably be called the XTi - theres even a magic lantern book coming out for the Digital Rebel XTi, but the publisher withdrew its name from its website a few hours after posting it :)
