Had a cracking day out round Fleetwood and Blackpool yesterday, the sun came out! Took lots of pics and I am very impressed with my new lens. Sigma 17-70. All converted from raw and resized for web with no adjustments. Shame that when i shrink em the quality drops.

they all seem to be well below the 160Kb size allowed mate. That would account the compression issues you can see in the solid blocks of coulour in the sky.

I'm wonderin if they're being uploadd at too high a file size and the gallery is doing it's vicious compression?

I love the 2nd one - the best of the lot, IMHO.

I dont know why all the file sizes are so small. I use PS and save for web, with the optimum size set at 160kb. When I save them most come in at 157ish kb. What am I doing wrong?
