About to make my first civilian flight next week to USA - previously only flown with a parachute - either carried it on or sat on top of it along with an explosive charge! Present restrictions are just what I want as I will want to take laptop and plenty of camera gear although no make-up somehow doesn't bother me!
Only wish I had bothered to take a camera al those years ago when I was swanning around in chipmonks over East Anglia!

Do you mean to say civilians DONT get parachutes????
...might have to rethink my US trip, lol

Good plan that MP.

I just find flying boring. Except for taking off and getting there ;)

Got here from your new post about selling prints (congrats - hope you sell loads ;) )

That second one above made me laugh 3 neighbours with increasing sizes of trampolines in the gardens :)

Good clarity... on Fangman's comment. I remember reading an article of a guy (navigator?) Who flew around the world backwards! Apparently he was flying in a Victor bomber doing a world tour and his seat faced backwards!
