I went through my parents old cameras and found an old six-20 folding camera. I managed to get it open and it had a finished 120mm film inside. All wound on from what I can tell.

Its an Ilford in a Yellow label with a green tab, anyone have a clue if its colour or what type?

Where could I get it developed?

That film is likely to be very old and will probably need careful developing, I would either send it to Film Rescue International in the USA who specialise in developing very old films or those with obsolete/difficult processes (unfortunately the UK equivalent 'Process C-22' seems to have gone out of business), or if you don't want to have to do that then you could try a pro lab as they will be able to develop it by inspection.

If you decide to go down the pro lab route I recommend 'The Darkroom' in Cheltenham. Email then first about it regarding how old etc the film is to see if they think they can develop it.

I recently dev'd a roll of 120 HP3 (discontinued in '69)which was in a camera I was given, I ran it through as I would a roll of HP5.
There were three images on there.
The film base was quite cloudy but I was surprised to get anything at all!

Obviously if there are likely to be sentimental photographs on there it's best to leave it to the experts, do let us know if you get any images from it, I hope you do!

Here's one of the shots!
