These are brilliant Alan, they remind me of Salvador Dali paintings. I think you managed the exposure against the sky perfectly. #2, #3 and #4 being my particular favourites.:clap:
 
Thanks for the link to this thread Alan. Our kiting life started at the St. Annes festival many years ago where I bought my first stunt kite. We've moved on to mainly fly these big inflatable display kites (our latest is a 30 metre long Manta Ray) and thoroughly enjoy ourselves doing so. If you are interested we've got 7500-8000 photos :eek: on our website from various events we've attended over the years.

From that we can see you done a really good job with capturing these. Most of them aren't darting around the sky (with the exception of the papillon in #5) but there's still a fair amount of movement. Added to that you seem to have handled the exposure well - taking objects against a bright sky isn't always an easy job.
