I think you've got to use the HTML option now (which is the one they've always said that you 'should' use, even though they provided a second option.

You can then convert the HTML code here and then simply copy and paste into your post.

These are great to watch and photograph, plenty of action.
However you need to see them perform on the sea in the waves....Awesome.
