Last Friday the Greenwich & Docklands International Festival started and as usual it includes a large amount of street theatre packed into a few days at a dozen venues. I was there on Saturday with my Canon 40D with 70-300mm and 50mm f/1.8 lenses. Here are a few shots; I'll post some more as I get around to processing them. I've put them in General Photo Sharing because there isn't a specific Performing Arts forum.
Imaginary Friends: a journey through the twisting and turning streets of group relationships.
The Iron Man, by Ted Hughes, performed by Graeae Theatre.
The multi-talented Mik Scarlet: musician, award winning TV and radio broadcaster, journalist, actor, writer and access advisor.
The Meerkats Massive by Emergency Exit Arts. They seem to be lost...
Astral by Cirque Nova. The ringmaster is a bit of a clown.
Astral by Cirque Nova involved a fair amount of acrobatics.
