First time trying out D60 and sigma 70-200 and nikon 70-300VR. Just a few. Not bothered about pp yet just composition. First time shooting bikes in manual mode as well.

Some really good pans there, though I would comment that no. 2 is a bit off.

Loving no. 1 though, good capture, and makes you wonder why the hell you'd ever want to be the wingman rather than the one driving lol!

cheers, had some better sidecar shots but loved the paint job and matching helmets. Cadwell is great for getting close to the track(spitting distance)Took about 250 shots with about 100 ok. Only complaint too much sun

Cheers guys, going from a bridge camera(nikon coolpix 8800) to a DSLR for motorsport proved a great decision. Took the siggy and nikon 70-300 to try but spent most of day with siggy. Set was a little rushed as I was going out for a BEER. I've put the rest on flickr.

Look good to me foggy! I think you've done exceptionally well coming from a bridge camera!

Thanks, looking through the lense rather than an EVF makes a massive difference. Found the D60 and sigma 70-200 a great combination and the tripod foot on the collar is great for hanging the body/lense combo on my lowepro S&F belt(need a TP strap).
