Hoverfly on Yellow

Spotted this little chap, whilst out trying to get some shots of the red damselflies over the pond...

Thanks Maureen, it really helped it was bright and sunny, and the IS on the lens still helps even at this range (ok it's much more effective when used at the normal operating distances )...

Thanks John. The Raynox certainly does a good job with a telephoto... not quite sure exactly how hard it would be to use with a true Macro lens though . It makes this lens (normally min focus of 1.1m) focus at about 10 cm's... so kinda similar to your macro lens already.
