I really didn't have the heart to take a photo of the jockey lying on her back to empty the water out of her boots; that would have been a bit too cruel! :D
 
What on earth is that grey doing.....looks like a dirty stop! Did rider go over its head?

It took out the previous part of the combination (2/3) and then lost its footing on the scattered poles. The combination stayed intact, but the fence didn't survive - no shock there! :D

Yup, the water was quite interesting on this one. It was a new effort for this year, and was taken out after 4 out of five combinations had various whoopsies on the trot. The three bottom photos show the last two riders to attempt it.

It wasn't particularly stiff, but if you got your initial approach wrong then trouble awaited!
